Reformer Pilates
During the 30 or 60-minute workout a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor takes members through a series of exercises that work the lower body, upper body and the core muscle groups. Sessions can either be private or semi-private (groups of 5). Variations of each exercise are given as options to enable beginners, intermediate, as well as advanced clients to benefit from his/her own optimal workout. New Image also offers specialty classes for dancers, golfers and tennis players.
