
The Personal Training program offers clients private or semi-private sessions with a certified, highly educated, and inspiring trainer. Personal training sessions combine strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training into a comprehensive and diverse program to meet each client's individual needs and goals. Our staff is friendly, creative, and motivational and our equipment is of the highest quality. Training sessions can 30 or 60 minutes in length and can be used as little as once a month or as often as 3 times a week.
